About refund fees
In the case of refund due to customer's convenience, 3.6% of the refund amount will be charged as a processing fee. This fee covers processing costs associated with refunds.
Applicable condition
Only in the case of returns or refunds due to customer convenience.
There will be no handling charge for returns or refunds due to our company's causes, such as defective or incorrectly delivered products, or out of stock after ordering.
Regarding refunds with points
If refunding to your credit card is inconvenient, we also accept refunds in " ApparelX Points" that can be used within ApparelX .
You can use it as 1 point = 1 yen. If you would like a refund in points, please let us know when you contact us.
There is no refund fee for point refunds.
