This time, based on that experience, I would like to introduce textile from the perspective of fashion and trends, rather than from a manufacturing perspective such as specifications and production background.
For the past four seasons, our men's apparel customers have almost always picked up sample card , and the textile that COSMO TEXTILE recommends is ``cotton/nylon (C/Ny) mixed textile.''
For example, it refers to a textile woven with cotton in the warp and nylon in the weft. One such item is the 60/40 (Rokuyon) cloth, which is familiar to those who like vintage clothing and outdoor wear.
I think the charm of C/Ny mixed weave is its rugged firmness and matte luster.
If it's 100% cotton, it's too warm, and you can't get rid of the feel of regular chino pants... If it's 100% Ny, it has a strong shine, and it's good for MA-1, but it's too unique to make pants...

This thread is made of 40 count cotton in the warp thread and 140D nylon in the weft thread. In addition, the post-processing washer processing creates just the right amount of wrinkles for a casual look. This is a long-selling product that has been on sale since 2015.
First of all, high-density poplin refers to a thin to medium-weight plain thread textile with high-density threads.
The name comes from the textile that was once placed between the saddle and the horse when riding a horse to prevent the saddle from slipping. Due to the high-density carving, it is thin to medium-thick, yet durable, lightweight, and windproof, and is often used for spring coats.
The warp thread of this product is 20th cotton, making it a slightly thicker textile than the aforementioned BD1544, and it is also water-repellent, so it is often used in men's coats and light outerwear. We offer a wide range of "moleskin" products, which are often used in military items. Moleskin is generally made of 100% C, but as an alternative, we have made nylon into the weft.
Moleskin has a fabric with a lot of weft threads on the surface, so it has just the right amount of nylon luster, giving it a standard military look, but with a slightly twisted textile. In fashion terms, it can be said to be a textile that is a deconstruction of the existing format of moleskin. (If you know the original story, I think your taste in clothes will match, and I would love to work with you.)
We have introduced this product for outerwear and pants, but this product number is a C/Ny mixed weave textile that is also recommended for shirts.
The textile is thin and smooth, and the weft is made of polyurethane, making it stretchy. It has an elegant luster that cannot be achieved with 100% C, and because it is soft tunbler in post-processing, it has a soft and relaxed feel. I think it's a textile that feels fresh even when made in the shape of a regular casual shirt. This is a textile that I think can be widely used by fashion brands, relaxation wear brands, and ladies.
