Hello.

This is Kayaba from the ApparelX trend blog.

In this blog, we will introduce Takato's outer fabrics, which are more commonly known for their linings.

ApparelX manufacturer page

What is Takato?

We are a material trading company in Asakusa established in 1993. We offer same-day shipping of in-stock items, just M cut, and risk of original item numbers.

Originally, we mainly dealt with lining materials, but we also develop products in the outer material field, and our products are also featured on ApparelX.

Outer fabric product introduction

We would like to introduce the Takato outer fabric product numbers listed on ApparelX.

HUE3750 Naia Crease Twill

This is a natural acetate twill fabric.

Acetate is a delicate fiber with a rolled surface that is soft and pleasant to the touch. It also has moisture absorption, moisture release, and heat retention properties, and is a lightweight fiber.

The material, which can often look cheap, is made into a relatively stiff twill weave, giving it a slightly washed, sophisticated look, which successfully embodies the current trend.

I feel it's the textile.

In addition, naia® places great importance on traceability, making its products sustainable with transparent production backgrounds.

RAD1545 Sustenza® ZERO Knit Natural

This is a tricot textile branded Sustenza®.

This material reduces waste during the manufacturing process by using only one type of raw thread , whereas knitting normally requires several types of thread .

It is a well-balanced textile that meets the needs of modern society, including durability, quick-drying, wrinkle resistance, and stretchability.

Sustenza® is produced in the Hokuriku region.

RAD3138 Sustenza® ZERO knitted moss stitch

This is also a Sustenza® moss stitch textile. Although it is called moss stitch, it is a warp knitted moss stitch textile, so it has excellent stretchability.

It appears to be more densely woven than regular moss stitch textile , so I think it looks more moss stitch .

FDS6502 Stretch twill

This is a highly versatile textile that shows the designer's enthusiasm to make it a standard item.

This highly versatile textile, twill, is made without polyurethane and has stretch properties. There is no need to worry about polyurethane deteriorating over time, and it comes in a wide textile of colors, so I think it textile be used as a standard material.

FTS1532 Hyper stretch twill

This is a stretchy twill textile made from PBT fiber, which is more elastic than the commonly used PET fiber among polyesters.

It is ideal for clothing that moves with you, such as pants, and is recommended for everything from daily wear to uniforms.

RAD2526 Sustenza® ZERO kersey

This is also Sustenza®, a warp knitted twill fabric with a distinctive kersey weave on the surface.

It is a versatile textile with just the right thickness.
