At the SUNWELL exhibition, we had a large booth dedicated to eco-friendly materials, and it felt like they were putting more effort into it.
Among them, I believe that SOLOTEX® × ECOPET products are made from materials that are conscious of both functionality and sustainability.
This textile is a combination of SOLOTEX®, which uses some plant-derived raw materials, and ECOPET®, which is made from used plastic bottles. It is a highly versatile and slightly thin twill material that has a smooth cotton-like feel to the touch.
Some people may not like the unique luster of synthetic fiber textile, but textile made with SOLOTEX® have a relatively matte surface and are easy to handle.
At the exhibition, colorful materials, both natural and synthetic, were on display.
This is French linen. It's a standard material for spring and summer and comes in a wide variety of colors, making it easy to use.

This color was also very soft and beautiful. There are more textile with natural colors like this than textile with pop neon colors or vivid colors, and because of environmental issues such as ethics and sustainability, more natural coloring may be preferred. .
