Over the course of two days, we learned basic manners and how to approach work.
There were 30 participants, and the program consisted of listening to stories, discussing, and putting things into practice in groups of 4 or 5 people.
Most of the participants were in their first year of college, and I think they learned a lot from listening to the opinions and experiences of people their own age.
There was a class in which we had to give a one-minute speech, record it on video, and watch it for everyone to see.
I don't usually see myself talking, so it was surprisingly unfamiliar and embarrassing.
In addition to my own points for improvement, other members of my group also told me what I could improve on, and I was able to reevaluate myself from various perspectives.
This is what I was actually thinking through this training! I thought about a lot of things I don't normally think about, such as what to do next.
My thoughts became clearer and I was able to increase my motivation for work.
I'm really glad I participated.
I want to remember what I learned this time and do my best.
