I received a yuzu from Tsuzaki.

It feels like winter.

Tsuzaki is an expert in zipper processing and tape cutting.

Apparently they grow a variety of vegetables, and they give us lots of seasonal vegetables.

Everything is really delicious and truly genius! !

This time I received a yuzu, but I was worried about how to eat it.

I don't buy yuzu myself, and I can't think of many ways to cook with it.

However, I don't want to use it like floating it in the bath! I thought,

I made chicken dumplings using ground chicken and as much yuzu as I could!

Winter is all about hot pot! !

Even the yuzu was delicious! Tsuzaki is a genius!

Squeeze yuzu juice onto the udon noodles and enjoy the whole yuzu!
