It appears that skin aging is more due to the effects of UV rays than natural aging. Skin aging is a natural process, but 80% of skin aging is caused by ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays.
UVA rays account for approximately 95% of all ultraviolet rays that reach the earth's surface, and they break down and reduce collagen in the skin. Collagen plays a role in maintaining elasticity in the skin, so its loss causes premature aging such as wrinkles and sagging skin.
UVB rays account for approximately 5% of all UV rays that reach the earth's surface, and are the cause of sunburn, which causes red skin.
In particular, UVA has the property of easily passing through clouds and windows, so I think it is necessary to protect against UVA not only in the summer, but also on cloudy days and indoors.
UV protection includes physical protection and chemical protection.
Physical UV protection isolates sunlight using physical items such as UV-blocking clothing, hats, curtains, and umbrellas.
Chemical UV protection means avoiding ultraviolet rays with sunscreen, etc. However, for me, aside from my face, I have experienced allergies and itching due to the chemical ingredients in sunscreen, so I find it easier to wear a rash hoodie than to apply sunscreen to my body every day.
Speaking of rush hoodies, I first encountered UV protection when I was registering the product at work. Among these, I think textile with UV protection such as ``330 40 jersey Island RUV'' and ``42877 Space Master UV ponte '' are ideal for rush parkas.
This is because not only does it have a UV protection function, but it also has a cool to the touch, water absorption performance, antibacterial properties, and anti-pilling properties. In the fall and winter, I wear thick layers of clothing that naturally block UV rays, but in the spring and summer, I think it's best to wear a rush hoodie or long-sleeved shirt that has a cool to the touch.. I would like to wear clothes made of this textile in the summer.

I'm sure you've heard the advice, "Be careful with sunscreen," many times, but as mentioned above, you should take various UV protection measures to keep your skin healthy and looking younger.
